Called "Cap" by his football teammates and classmates, Michael knew from the day he stepped into Frankford halls that the popular saying would shape his life..."Once a Pioneer, Always a Pioneer."

His commitment to students on and off the football field, motivating and mentoring them into successful adults won him a Pioneer Achievement Award in 2014.

The Frankford Family and Friends Celebrate 1st. Sgt. Joe Fraioli's Over 30 years service as ROTC Teacher on Wed., June 11, 2025, 4:30 to 8:30 p..m. at Randi's Restaurant and Bar. Teachers, staff, alumni association board and past students welcomed him into this next exciting chapter. He's a gift that will keep on giving in the lives he has touched.
